For a long time, vodka has been about being neutral, something you could mix into anything and barely taste. We take a different approach. By skipping the final filtration, ZAKUSKA keeps more of the natural character from the grain and the way we make it.

It’s a balance of old and new: inspired by the Eastern European tradition of raising chilled vodka shots in a toast and made with modern craft techniques that bring out warm notes of honey, fig, and spice from our wheat and corn.
