Organic Red Winter Wheat
Soft red winter wheat contributes gentle warmth, subtle honey and vanilla notes, and a smooth, rounded mouthfeel.
Organic Corn
Organic corn adds balance and softness, helping create a clean, composed spirit with natural body.
Kentucky Water
Reverse osmosis–purified water sourced from Kentucky, chosen for clarity and balance. A clean foundation from a region long known for great spirits.

Because Zakuska is unfiltered, it has a natural viscosity and a smooth, mouth-coating feel that most people don’t associate with vodka. Served cold, it feels soft and rounded on the palate, with weight and presence instead of burn.
That texture allows subtle tasting notes to emerge. Soft red winter wheat, often used in baked goods for its gentle character, contributes hints of honey and vanilla.
